If you are trying to pass light through a glass so that it hits the panels, you will lose a lot of energy because sunlight will be reflected. Its recommended to find another way. But, if you still want to give it a try, it becomes more of a physics problem than solar related, you would to find the reflectance and refractance index of the glass and then according to the angle at which the glass would be placed to hit the panels, find how much of the initial energy would be lost.
